Libby and Dick 1~reatherston were present for discussion for the matter, Mr. ~ti`eatherston stating that Ruggles street receives drainage from Roselawn and Garden and that the street be graded if possible. Engineer Milner Carley, also present, took part in the discussion that followed. Shavor then moved that the written request, together with A~tr. Weatherston's oral request be referred to ~hgineer Carry and Street Commissioner Seaborn for study and recommendation, including the problem of disposing of water in the entire area. License #19, On motion by Hustrulid, seconded by Stenzinger, it was Crown Gas Heating Co. voted to approve application for Master Gas Installer's license from the Crown Gas Heating Company, of St Paul, for period April 1 thr~ June 30, 1954, and of issuance of said license as of April 24, 1954. M.G.I. License #20, On motion by Shavor, seconded by Stenzinger, it was Mao rn Engr. Co. voted to approve application for Master Gas Installer's license from the Modern Engineering Company, of St Paul, for period hiay 1 thru June 30, 1954, and for period July 1, 1954 thru June 30, 1955, and of issuance of said. license as of May 1, 1954. ~fx
