<br />Gas connection After discussion, Shavor moved authorizing the gas service
<br />Village Hall pipe connection of 105 ft. by the Northern States Power Co.
<br />in order to make natural gas available in the Village Hall,
<br />only 65 feet of said connection to be charged for at the
<br />rate of 90¢ per ft., or 358.50, Stenzinger seconded and
<br />motion carried unanimously.
<br />Proposed Cities Messrs. N.W. Seiffert and Grant May, representing the Cities
<br />Service Oil Station Service Oil Company, 500 Robert Street, St Paul, stated
<br />their Company would like to make application to construct
<br />a gasoline service station on the southeast corner of Larpenteur
<br />and Snelling. After discussion and checking of proposed plans,
<br />dir. Seiffert and Mr, May were instructed to fill out an
<br />application for building permit and to present same for con-
<br />sideration at the council's July 28 meeting.
<br />Klatt property Dwight Reichow, School Board member, and Conrad Klatt
<br />appeared before the council in connection with the proposed
<br />development of the Klatt property north of the Falcon Heights
<br />grade school. After discussion, Shavor~moved approval of
<br />the grades as shown on the plan, subject to approval of said
<br />grades by Engineer Carley. Stewart seconded and motion
<br />carried unanimously.
