~~ <br />r`- <br />L <br />1 <br />Filing <br />cabinet <br />for <br />commercial <br />plans. <br />The matter of having a filing cabinet for commercial plans <br />was discussed, and Buildin g Inspector Christensen was asked <br />to check on available cabinets for this purpose. <br />Proposed Engineers Carley's letter of July 28, enclosing six copies <br />building of a proposed building code, which ttir. Carley stated is being <br />code adopted by most of the subdivisions of Ramsey County, was <br />read. After discussion, Shavor moved that copy of the proposed <br />building code be referred to the Village Planning Commission for <br />study and recommendation. Seconded by Stenzinger and carried <br />unanimously. <br />Klatt's Letter of July 28, 195, from Engineer Carley, submitting a <br />-Addition tentative plat to be known as Klatt's Addition, showing portion <br /> of the property which the owner wishes to plat. .After <br /> discussion, Stenzinger moved that said tentative plat dated <br /> July 195l~, be approved, subject to receiving approval and <br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission and the approval of <br /> Street Commissioner Seaborn, and subject also to conditions <br /> that the owner of the property agree to complete all of the <br /> work on the streets shown, in accordance with "Specifications <br /> for Grading and Stabilizing the Streets in Klatt's Addition, <br /> Village of Falcon Heights," by rl~ilner nT. Carley, Engineer, <br /> except the stabilization previous to recording of the final <br /> plat, and that the owner furnish a performance bond in the <br /> amount of ~Zt,000.00 to guarantee that the stabilization work <br /> will be completed thereafter, and in addition tha± he deposit <br /> .~a150.00 in cash with the Village Treasurer to pay for the <br /> engineering on these streets. Cartwright seconded and motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br />Duplication of Building Inspector reported on duplication of house numbers <br />house numbers on Roselawn avenue. After discussion, Stenzinger moved that <br /> the Clerk write 1'ir. Edwin :?. Schriefer, 1850 Roselawn Avenue, <br /> asking that he arrange to change his house number from 1850 <br /> to 1880 Roselawn Avenue. Cartwright seconded and motion .carried <br /> unanimously. <br />Addl. ins. on Claim covering additional premium payable by Officer Dachtera <br />Patrolman Dachtera in connection with using his auto for patrolling work in the <br />auto Village, was referred to our attorney wi±,h request, to prepare <br /> same in proper form. <br />Fill on Iowa Shavor reported that he and Building Inspector Christensen <br />lot near Village had inspected the lot on Iowa avenue, adjoining Village <br />property. property, where some of the fill tivas reported to be on <br /> property owned by the Village. After discussion, Shavor <br /> moved that the owner of Lot 2, Block 10, Northome 2nd Addition, <br /> be permitted to fill the lot so t a the top of the fill extends <br />~ <br /> not to extend, onto Lot 1 <br />to his. property line, with tY~r~i. <br /> which is owned by the Villa ge, Stenzinger seconded and motion <br /> carried unanimously. <br />
