N <br />_~ ~ <br />Storm After discussion, Shavor moved that the street commissioner <br />drain be requested to discuss with the County Engineer's office <br />Larpenteur the matter of the proposed storm drain along Larpenteur <br />avenue to "Godfrey's hole:' Seconded by Stenzinger and. <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />195 After discussion of the 195b~ budget as to various items <br />Budget to be included, it was agreed to hold a special meeting <br />on VPednesday, September 29, 1951, beginning at 7:30 Pb~S, <br />for working on the budge. <br />Fire Dept Fire Chief Swanson reported that the State insurance aid <br />Relief Assn.. received by Falcon Heights Fire Department Relief <br />- Association this year amounted to only X265.97, or <br />State Insurance considerably under what the Association feels it was <br />aid. entitled to on the basis of 2 per cent of premiums on <br />all fire insurance written during this period in the <br />Village and in Lauderdale. Proposed legislation to <br />correct this situation was discussed with the understanding <br />that the Association would be privileged to consult the <br />Village attorney in this connection when necessary. <br />Barthel Villas Attorney Graham reported on calls received from two <br />attorneys representing owners of property in Barthel <br />Villas.
