Carley After completing the survey, "~gr. Carley stated that he found <br /> reports - the cost for rebuilding Fry street as proposed would be about <br /> the same on each side of the street. Said he estimated the <br /> cost of grading, graveling and stabiiizing Fry street from <br /> Larpenteur avenue to the south line of Clanp Thomssen Maple <br /> Knolladdition, including salvaging material now in the road <br /> bed, at 566,900.00. This he said, was on the basis of the <br /> total frontage of 2,117 feet, and that an assessment, if levidd~ <br /> against the property fronting, on this street would amount to <br /> X3.26 per front foot. <br /> Presents plan Pl~r. Carley then presen ted the proposed Fry street plan which he <br /> and files same had prepared at the request of our Planning Commission. An <br /> with Clerk official copy of s~~~ plan was filed with the Clerk and will be <br />available for public inspection. <br />
