<br />Meeting called to order at 7: ~t0 P.l~!. , with roll call recording all council members
<br />present as follows: Robert E. Stenzinger, l~,~ayor; George J. Shavor, Trustee; Andrew
<br />Hustrulid, Trustee; David P. Cartwright, Trustee; and Clyde J. Stewart, Clerk.
<br />Also present, 44'illiam E. Olsen, Treasurer, and Frank N. Graham, Attorney.
<br />Minutes of regular meeting, December 22, 1951, were heard and approved as read.
<br />Hartfiel Rezoning ZpJ. A. Hartfiel, Frances Glendenning, representing her father,
<br />petition R.F. Glendenning; Samuel J. Cava.llero and Michael Swyrd,
<br />petitioners, appeared before the council and reported they
<br />had reached a private agreement, through their own attorney,
<br />and that they had withdrawn their objections to the petition.
<br />Rezoning petition No one else wishing to be heard, Cartwright moved that the
<br />approved rezoning request of '1Palter A.E. Hartfiel, R.F. Glendenning
<br />and others be approved. Stenzinger seconded and motion carried
<br />unanimously.
<br />ORDINANCE N0. 30 Cartwright read and moved adoption of ORDIIv'ANCE N0. 30, "AN
<br />ORDINQPdCE A~.gENDING THE ZONIiJG MAP ?PdNICH IS A PART OF ORDINANCE
<br />N0. 8." The motion .was seconded by Stenzinger, and after
<br />discussion, the $ollotiRring vote was taken and recorded:
<br />Ayes: Stenzinger, Shavor, Hustrulid, Cartwright, Stewart
<br />Nays: None
<br />Thereupon, the ~4ayor declared Grdinance No. 30 duly adopted
<br />and ordered publication of same.
<br />Req'n. #~.~ covering Villa ge election ballots, 500 postage stamps,
<br />transfer file for treasurer, and binder for Clerk's
<br />minutes, was approved on motion by Cartwright, seconded
<br />by Stenzinger.
<br />Req'n. ~~6 covering office supplies for clerk and treasurer, also
<br />1,000 officer's daily report forms for ?ublic Safety
<br />department, was considered. Hustrulid moved approvel,
<br />seconded by Cartwright, and so ordered.
<br />Regn. #~7 covering items for Fire Department was considered.
<br />Hustrulid moved approval of the purchase of said items
<br />excepting swivel office chair, Seconded by Stewart and
<br />motion carried unanimously.
<br />Constable Dachtera Bond in the amount of X500.00 of The Fieelity and Casualty
<br />bond Company, for Constable Henry Dachtera, for period Jan. 3,
<br />1955 thru January 2, 1956, was considered. On motion by
<br />Stenzinger, seconded by Hustrulid, said bond was approved, and
<br />ordered filed with the clerk.
<br />Constable George E. The Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York bond in the
<br />Bwanson bond. amount of ?500 for Constable Elect George ~:. Swanson, for
<br />tr~~ro-year period, January 3, 1955 thru Jan uary 2, 1957, was
<br />considered. Stenzinger moved that said bond be approved
<br />and filed with the clerk. Bt~strulid seconded and so ordered.
