Mr. Stepnitz was informed that <br /> it would be necessary to rezone the land now zoned for <br /> parking only, that he should work out with the Planning <br /> Commission a plan for the utilization of the land to be <br /> occupied by the proposed store building, and then file a <br /> rezoning petition with the council. <br />F.D. Regn.#52 was approved on motion by Hustrulid, seconded by Stewart. <br />Smoke Eater On motion by Cartwright, seconded by Hustrulid, it was voted <br />magazine to approve the renewal of 15 subscriptions to monthly magazine, <br /> "Smoke Eatern to June 1, 1956 ® $1.00 each for members of the <br /> Volunteer Fire Department. <br />Safety Stenzinger moved that a letter dated April 7, 1955 from Mr. <br /> Earl M.
