566 <br />Insurance on Mr. Hite's letter of March 23, 1955, advising that our <br />Police officers' comprehensive automobile liability policy would provide <br />cars protection for the Village should any person be injured, <br />except an employe of the Village, as a passenger in a car <br />being used by a Village police officer, was referred to <br />the Village attorney for clarification. <br />Adjournmre~~: On motion, the meeting adjourned at 11:10 P.M. <br />~P_ a~ ~ <br />0 <br />Approved: <br />v <br />REGULAR MEETING, WEDNESDAY, APRIL 13, 1955 <br />Meeting called to order at 7:l~5 P.M., roll call recording the following council <br />members present: Robert E. Stenzinger, Mayor; George J. Shavor, Trustee; Andrew <br />Hustrulid, Trustee; David P. Cartwright, Trustee;. Clyde J. Stewart, Clerk. Also <br />present: William E. Olsen, Treasurer; Frank N. Graham, Attorney. <br />Minutes of Special Meeting, April 6, 1955, were heard and approved as read. <br />Associated ~P. F. Stepnitz and Don Julen inquired if the council would <br />Investors authorize issuance of a building permit on property behind <br />re proposed the Associated Investors business block which is now zoned <br />store bldg. for parking purposes only. Mr. Stepnitz said the request was <br /> made in order to go ahead without delay on the construction <br /> of a proposed store building in the area, the store to front <br /> on Snelling Drive and conform with the 30 ft. setback as <br /> • required by the ordinance. Mr. Stepnitz was informed that <br /> it would be necessary to rezone the land now zoned for <br /> parking only, that he should work out with the Planning <br /> Commission a plan for the utilization of the land to be <br /> occupied by the proposed store building, and then file a <br /> rezoning petition with the council. <br />F.D. Regn.#52 was approved on motion by Hustrulid, seconded by Stewart. <br />Smoke Eater On motion by Cartwright, seconded by Hustrulid, it was voted <br />magazine to approve the renewal of 15 subscriptions to monthly magazine, <br /> "Smoke Eatern to June 1, 1956 ® $1.00 each for members of the <br /> Volunteer Fire Department. <br />Safety Stenzinger moved that a letter dated April 7, 1955 from Mr. <br /> Earl M. Larimer, Director of Highway Safety, relating to <br /> <br />
