<br />The Clerk reported that the County representative with whom
<br />he wished to talk over payment of this bill, was on vacation
<br />at this time. On :notion by Stenzinger, seconded by Hustrulid,
<br />it was voted to defer action on said bill until the Clerk could
<br />discuss the matter with the County.
<br />Sanitary Hustrulid reported on progress of the preliminary survey,
<br />Sewer stating that the estimated, maximum, ultimate flow has been
<br />determined, and that total cost of the project to date is
<br />X550.
<br />Budget The Clerk was asked to inform the TreasueEr to write the
<br />requests department heads to submit in writing their budget needs
<br />for the coming year so ~,hatowork may be started on the
<br />budget earlier than a year ago.
<br />Phones to Letter from Hal Newell was read, relating to information
<br />alert firemen developed at a meeting with Na4' Bell Telephone Co. representatives
<br />as to details, including cos ts, of new circuit phone installations
<br />for alerting firemen in their homes.
<br />Work schedule Hustrulid presented a proposed work schedule which he felt
<br />for full-time would tend to equalize the hours of service of the three
