Hustrulid moved, seconded by Stenzinger, that the letter <br />_ be referred to the County traffic engineer with statement that <br />the council concurred in Superintendent Williams' request. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />"Falcon Woods" Letter of October 17, 1955, from Herbert S. West, Sec~hstary, <br />platting proposed Semaey County Plat Commission, together with a print of the <br /> proposed platting of "Falcon Woods," was considered. Hustrulid <br /> moved that the proposed platting be referred to our Planning <br /> Commission for study and recommendation. <br />Harvey Hanson Letter of October 12, 1955 from the Carley Engineering Company <br />drainage relative tD the drainage problem at the Harvey Hanson home, <br />problem 1551 W. Idaho~as~Ir.recommending storm sewer construction as the <br /> only permanent solution; also letter from Attorney Jack C. <br /> Wallace, asking in behalf of Mr. and Mrs. Hanson that the council <br /> ''do what is necessary to alleviate a very serious condition." <br /> After discussion of the matter with Don Jnlen, of Associated <br /> Investors, it was agreed that Mr. Julen would call on the owner <br /> of the apartment building in this area and see what could be <br /> done to clear drainage to the catch basin at the southwest corner <br />
