sss <br />Bldg. permit Build ing inspector Christensen submitted an application for <br />ok'd for building permit, together with plans for a one-story masonry <br />restaurant and steel building, 50x70, to be constructed on Larpenteur <br />avenue afar St Mary's avenue. Owner of 'the proposed building, <br />Nick Labalestra, 1899 Larpenteur Avenue West, whose plans are <br />to operate a restaurant at this location. The Village attorney <br />checked and reported that the permit requested was in accord <br />with ordinance provisions. Cartwright then moved that said <br />..application for building permit be approved, subject to <br />concurrence of the Planning Commission. Seconded by Stewart <br />aril motion carried unanimously. <br />Snow at Street Commissioner Nick Christensen reported on complaint <br />Blomberg's Store received from Robert Blomberg regarding snow piled in front <br />of his store on Hamline due to snow plowing operations. <br />After discussion, the Street Commissioner was authorized to <br />have Strandquist's Texaco Station remove the snow with their <br />jeCP• <br />to Falcon Hts. <br />Municipal Court- Availability/of Roseville's municipal court scheduled to <br />Roseville start on May 1, 1956, was discussed.
