After discussion, Stewart moved that <br /> the Village attorney prepare the necessary notice to set a <br /> public hearing on the matter for October 10, 1956, ~t the <br /> Village Hall, beginning at 7:00 P.M., as required by statute <br /> for this trees^tn~mming work to be done in the said Northome <br /> area. Seconded by Utecht and motion carried unanimously. <br />Addl. Village After discussion, Shavor moved that the following additional <br />Hall impvts. construction and decorating work be authorized in the Village <br />authorized Hall (1) install ceiling in entrance hall; (2) paint firemen's <br /> quarters; (3) paint men's and women's toilet rooms; (4) paint <br /> radiator guards - the aboice work to be done in accordance with <br /> detailed description in Dean Lundholm's letter dated September 7, <br /> 1956, and work to be awarded. to the lowest bidders and to be <br /> under the direction of Trustee Nilsen.
