Pdi. Lawrence, Safety Rc Audit Department, <br />to wall of fire barn Indemnity Insurance Company of North America, in connection <br /> with liability policy LB 21211, suggesting that the <br /> oxygen tanks next to the east wall of the fire'station be <br /> secured to the wall to prevent falling. Agreed that a <br /> letter should be written to D,4r. Lawrence, stating that our <br /> Fire Chief reports the tanks will be secured as suggested <br /> as soon as permanent location for them is decided on. <br />St Paul City Clerk Letter of September 27, 1956 was read from the City Clerk, <br />letter re sewer St Paul, enclosing copy of Ordinance No. 10829, passed by <br />connection the St Paul City Council, September 1l~,-1956, granting <br />permission to Falcon Heights to connect to the St Paul sewer <br />system, and calling attention to the ordinance section <br />requiring the Vill~.ge to adopt an acceptance ordinance <br />within 60 days from the effective date of the St Paul <br />ordinance. <br />Village insurance- In connection with advertising for bids for insurance <br />Advertisement for `coverage as recommended by our Insurance Committee; Cartwright <br />bids moved that the Clerk and Village Attorney prepare the ad <br />and publish it in The Rose Tribune, October 18, 1956, and call <br />for bids to be in at 7:00 o'81ock PD.4, November 1l~, 1956, <br />the insurance to be effective December 1, 1956. Seconded by <br />Utecht and motion carried unanimously. <br />Meeting with U.of M. The proposed meeting of. representatives of the Board of <br />Regents R~ Staff. Regents, University staff members and. representatives of <br />our Village council, was discussed. <br />Poster re election On motion by Utecht, seconded by Stewart, Trustee Shavor <br />dists. &. voting was authorized to arrange for and post four posters with <br />places details as to the three election districts and three voting <br />places. <br />
