~~ i <br />Sanitary sewer The following resolution was adopted by a unanimous vote, <br />system - on mation by Cartwright, seconded by Stewart: <br />Resolution <br />.WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct a sanitary sewer system <br />within the Village of Falcon Heights and to assess the <br />benefited properties for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement, pursuant to 1~1.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposed improvement <br />be referred to Arndt J. Duvall, of Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson <br />and Associates, Incorporated, of St Paul, for study and that he <br />be requested to report to the council, adsrising the council in <br />a preliminary way as to whether. the proposed improvement is <br />feasible, and as to how it should best be made and the estimated <br />cost of. the improvement as recommended. <br />1957 Budget Following discussion, and. on motion by Cartwright, seconded. by <br />Shavor, the following resolution was adopted by a unanimous <br />vote with the request that the Clerk make certification of same <br />to the County Auditor: <br />BE IT RESOLVED, By the Village Council of the Village <br />of Falcon Heights, that the following sums. be and they hereby <br />are levied upon the taxable property of the Village of Falcon <br />Heights for the year 1956, collectible in the year 1957: <br />General Fund 9G6,000.00 <br />Street & Bridge Fund 8,000.00 <br />Fire Maintenance 15,150.00 <br />Public Safety Fund 3,500.00 <br />Firemen's Relief Association 1/2 of one mill <br />Adjournment: On motion, the meeting adjourned at 11:35 P.M. <br />e <br />Approved: <br />~~ ~ ~ n ~~ <br />LL/+/ rdayor . <br />1 <br /> <br />
