<br />payment of said bill be approved. Seconded by Utecht

<br />was received from Leftoy W. Carlson, 1lt19 Wynne Avenue,
<br />St Paul 13, Minn. Cartwright moved that the application be
<br />approved subject to report from the Village attorney that
<br />taxes on the property are paid up. Seconded by Stewart
<br />-and motion carried unanimously.
<br />MGI License #87 Nilsen moved approval of the issuance of Master Gas
<br />Installer's license. No. 87 to the Rod Button Heating
<br />Service, of St Paul, as of November 20, 1956. Cartwright
<br />seconded and motion carried unanimously.
<br />Lauderdale fire Letter of November 1lt, 1956, signed by the Village Clerk
<br />and other of Lauderdale, was read relative to the wishes of the
<br />emergency runs Village of Lauderdale in connection with our Fire Departmen t
<br />responding to fire calls and other than fire calls in their
<br />Village. Shavor moved that the letter be acknowledged
<br />atxl that the Village of Lauderdale be advised that we have
<br />directed the Fire Chief to issue the necessary orders so
<br />that Lauderdale's wishes in the matter will be carried out.
<br />Seconded by Cartwright and motion carried unanimously.
<br />(Clerk asked to forward copy of the le tter to the Fire
<br />Chief).
<br />Police car Report from the Public Safety committee, recommending
<br />recommended type of pquad car for policing operations in the Village,
<br />was read. Stewart moved that the report be referred to
<br />the Village attorney for preparing of specifications.
<br />Seconded by Cartwright and motion carried unanimously.
<br />Hearing re use Copy of letter dated November 27,.1956, from the County
<br />State Fair property Auditor, was read relative to the Board of Ramsey County
<br />Commissioners holding a hearing at 2:00 PM, Dec. 10, 1956,
<br />on the proposal to remove certain deed restrictions on the
<br />use of the State Fair property. The Village attorney will
<br />a2i~ciut and report to the council.
