Sewer A petition signed by 8 owners of property on Fairview Matters Avenue requesting that the sewer be pub in on Fairview Avenue was submitted to the Council and a petition signed by 9 other owners of property along Fairview Avenue requesting that the sewer not be put in on Fairview at this time was also submitted. The petitions and names were read to the Council. A letter dated December 10, 1956 from H. P. Smith, 1+36 Roselawn Avenue, requesting that the sewer not be installed in front of his house was read and noted. .Falcon Heights Mr. Steffes raised the question of the sewer connection Congregational for the Falcon Heights Congregational Church.
