He also reported that <br />and Filing certified copies of the ordinance had been filed with <br />the City Clerk of Saint Paul and with the City <br />Controller of Saint Paul as required by the Saint <br />Paul Ordinance. <br />Sewer A petition signed by 8 owners of property on Fairview <br />Matters Avenue requesting that the sewer be pub in on Fairview <br />Avenue was submitted to the Council and a petition <br />signed by 9 other owners of property along Fairview <br />Avenue requesting that the sewer not be put in on <br />Fairview at this time was also submitted. The petitions <br />and names were read to the Council. <br />A letter dated December 10, 1956 from H. P. Smith, <br />1+36 Roselawn Avenue, requesting that the sewer not <br />be installed in front of his house was read and noted. <br />.Falcon <br />Heights Mr. Steffes raised the question of the sewer connection <br />Congregational for the Falcon Heights Congregational Church. He stated <br />Church that the basement of the Church was low and that if it <br />connected on Pascal the Pascal sewer would have to be <br />deepened an additional 2 feet all the way to Larpenteur. <br />However, if the Church would connect to the Holton Ave. <br />
