Steffes and Mr. Vernon Ljungren. Proposed storm The advisability of extending the County's proposed storm sewer sewer extension thru to Tatum Street was discussed. Mr. Ljungren will contact the County Engineer's office and report back on this matter. Sewer contract The council agreed with the attorney's recommendation for use penal ty clause of a penalty clause in case the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified in the sewer contract.
