4 <br />c~ ~- <br />State Board of Mayor Utecht said that our building inspector reported contact- <br />Electricity ing Mr. Sayre, of the State Board of E1.ectricity, who said <br />letter re that the matter of loose rock~ool insulation around electrical <br />corrections outlets at 1615 Maple Knoll Drive is strictly a matter between <br />1615 Maple Knollā¢ the home onmer and the builder, and that the builder has agreed <br />to-remove the insulation when permitted to enter the home to <br />do so. The Clerk was asked to inform Mrs. Van Hoven accordingly. <br />Bills: On motion by Utecht, seconded by Nilsen, the following bills <br />were ordered paid: <br />Clayton Anderson Motors, 1957 Ford Custom "300" Tudor <br />Sedan, Model 70 B, $1,773.00 <br />The Rose Tribune, Adv. for bids, Apr. !t & Apr 11, 1957, 9617.00 <br />Minn. Fire Equipt. Co., expansion rings & cap gaskets, X1.93 <br />Gen. Trading Co., #1135 can spout, Fire Dept., $1.65 <br />Mail box Relative to calls received by the Mayor as to why the mail <br />matter box was moved from the corner of Arona and Larpenteur and <br />the inconvenience it caused them in this connection; the Cle rk <br />reported that the post office had moved the mail box back to <br />its former location after business people who were consulted <br />indicated there was no objection. <br />Fire Dept. were ordered approved on motion by Shavor, seconded by <br />Reqns. #115 ~IGarkentien. <br />and #116 <br />Unregistered The matter of dog a~ners who have not registered and tagged <br />dogs their dogs as yet as required by ordinance, was discussed. <br />Adjournment On motion, the meeting adjourned at 10:50 P.M. <br />-~= ~ ~`-` <br />Cl er <br />Approved: <br />~~ ,~ ~~ <br />Mayor <br />1 <br />f'. <br /> <br />
