<br />Fire Chief Letter was read from Earl Grumke, under date of Maly 8, 195?,
<br />offers tendering his resignation as Fire Chief. After discussion,
<br />resignation Stewart moved that the matter be referred to Nilsen for
<br />investigation and report. Seconded by Nilsen and motion
<br />carried unanimously.
<br />Resident The Clerk reported receiving a phone request from Victor
<br />Engineer's Lanletti for setting up afield office, about 8x20, back of
<br />office the Village Hall and Fire Station for the Resident Engineer
<br />who will have general supervision of work on our sanitary
<br />sewer pro3ect. Utecht moved that the request be authorized,
<br />sub3ect to the Fire Chief's approval. Seconded by Steuart
<br />` and motion carried unanimously.

<br />Sewer Impvt. of Falcon Heights Sanitary Sewer System Improvement bonds.

<br />Broken concrete The Mayor reported that broken concrete has been dumped on
<br />on Iowa Ave. lot the vacant lot on Iowa bordering the drainage area, that
<br />near drainage children are throwing the concrete around, and that residents
<br />area request that the owner of the lot cover or remove it. Utecht
<br />moved that the Clerk phone the owner regarding the matter.

<br />Reimburse The Clerk reported on meeting with Mr. George Anderson of the
<br />Gen. Fund for Public Examiner's office, May 6, on working out accounting
<br />sewer payts. procedure so as to charge sewer expense items to funds which will
<br />include the bond issue money. A list was presented showing
<br />payments from the General Fund from Aug. 24, 1955 thru April
<br />16, 1957, in connection with Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. I,
<br />Part I, amounting to X5,559.55, and asked for authority to
<br />• reimburse the General Fund for this amount. Utecht moved
