Craig Company X71,228.00; <br /> bid bond for 5~ of the bid. <br /> Bituminous Surface Treating Company X72,927.00; <br /> bid bond for 5~ of the bid. <br /> Ashbach Construction Company ~97,37l~.50; <br /> bid bond for 5~ of the bid, <br />Bids referred Utecht moved that the bids be referred to our Sanitary <br />to Engineer Surer Engineers for tabulation and recommendation. Seconded <br /> by Shavor and motion carried unanimously. <br />Craig Company After discussion, Shavor moved that the low bid of the Jay <br />bid to Attorney W, Craig Company be referred to the attorney for checking <br /> its legality, with request that he report back on the matter <br /> to the council meeting on May 23, 1957. Seconded by <br /> Warkentien and motion carried unanimously. <br />Construction The Clerk read a letter dated May 1l~, 1957, from our <br />of sanitary Sanitary Sewer Engineers relative to a schedule of <br />sewer schedule operation on the construction of a sanitary surer pro3ect <br /> in the Village as worked out betwe®n the engineers and <br /> the Peter Lametti Construction Company. Mr. Steffen <br /> said that each member of the council would be furnished <br /> with a COpy. <br /> <br />Reqn. #119 <br />Fire Dept covering one 6-volt Type S3B M7 Siren for installation <br />th <br />. on <br />e tank truck was approved on motion by Nilsen, <br /> seconded by 1Rarkentien. <br />$10,000.00 deposit The Clerk reported that Village Check No. 508l~, dated May <br />for sewer rro rk 13, 1957, in the amount of X10,000.00 made payable to the <br />on Snelling Ave. Commissioner of Highways, Minnesota, bearing certification <br /> of the Falcon Heights State Bank, was delivered on May 1lt <br /> , <br />1957 to Mr. M.L. Jones, District Maintenance Engineer at <br /> St Paul Park, as a deposit in accordance with the terms of <br /> the permit for sewer work on Snelling Avenue.
