On motion by Utecht, <br /> seconded by Warkentien, it was voted unanimously to approve <br /> the request. <br />Village Hall The matter of .utilizing waste material from the streets for <br />grvur~ds to be surfacing of the Village Hall and Fire Station grounds was <br />surfaced with discussed with Messrs. Steffes and Barney, of our Sanitary <br />material from Sewer Engineers. Warkentien then moved that our Sanitary <br />streets Sewer Engineers be authorized to instruct the contractor to <br />place the material removed from the streets in the roadway <br />and parking lot at the Village Hall and Fire Station, and to <br />authorize payment for the rolling equipment at the AGC <br />standard rental rate for such equipment. Seconded by Nilsen <br />and motion carried unanimously. Mr. Barney said this would <br />be done when F-ry Street is stripped. <br />Hoyt Avenue The council received a petition submitted by Mr. D, 0. Spaeth, <br />Curbing petitions for the installation of Curbing on the North side of Hoyt <br />Avenue between the Easterly line of Arona Avenue and the Westerly <br />line of Pascal Avenue, signed by the owners of seven properties <br />affected, also a petition submitted by Mr. H. N. Gammel for the <br />installation of Curbing on the North Side of Hoyt Avenue between <br />the Easterly line of Northome 2nd Addition and the Westerly line <br />of Arona Street, signed by the owners of four of the properties <br />affected. Utecht moved that both of the petitions be referred <br />to the Village Attorney for checking and report. Seconded by <br />Shavor and motion carried unanimously. <br />North Snelling In connection with the petition signed by W.H. Deubner and <br />Sewer Petition others, requesting the installation of a sanitary sewer on the <br />west side of Snelling Avenue between Maple Knoll Addition and <br />ftoselawn Avenue.; the Attorney reported that he had checked <br />the petition against ownership records and finds the petition <br />to be sufficient. On motion by Utecht, seconded by Warkentien, <br />the petition was referred to Mr. Steffes, of our Sanitary Sewer <br />Engineers, who reported that the project is feasible and <br />estimated the construction cost at ~G20,000. and that the pro3ect <br />could be included in the financing of the present construction <br />program with approval of the council. On motion by Nilsen, <br />seconded by Warkentien, the following Resolution was adopted <br />by a unaszimous:vote: <br />Resolution WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Counci~~-.~~ report <br />has been prepared by Mr. A, M. Steffes, of Toltz, King, Duvall, <br />Anderson and Associates, Inc., with reference to the installation <br />of a sanitary sewer on the west side of Snelling Avenue from --- <br />Roselawn Avenue to Clapp Thomsen A~aple Knoll Addition, statixig <br />that the proposed improvement is feasible and can best be made <br />in connection with the installation of the Sanitary Sewer System <br />being put in at the present time, and that the estimated cost <br />is $20,000.00; <br />NORt THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council, : "` <br />Village of Falcon Heights, Minnesota: ~ ,aL <br />._ <br />
