M. daylight saving time, and the <br />Clerk shall give published notice of said hearing as required by <br />law. <br />,_ <br /> <br />Sewer crossing In connection with our Sanitary Sewer Engineer's report that <br />of Water Main, it is necessary to cross the 6-iMCh water main in Snelling <br />Iowa and Drive at Iowa Avenue, and that the Water Department, City of <br />Snelling Dr. St Paul reserves the right to replace said water main at an <br />estimated cost of X350.00; Warkentien moved approval of the <br />request that the City of St Paul perform the ~rork aid bill <br />the Village for same. Seconded by Nilsen and motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Trees on Hemline The condition of trees ox Hamlitte Aveatue between Idaho and <br />between Idaho Larpenteur Avenues is connection with sewer digging operations, <br />ar:d Larpenteur was discussed. Utecht moved that Trustee Nilsen be requested <br />to inspect the trees in this area, ~d if he determines that <br />they are dangerous, that he be authorized to have the contractor <br />remove the firees. Seconded by Shavor and motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Relaying 18" After discussion, Warkentien moved that the Engineer be authorized <br />Storm Sewer to negotiate an extra order to the contract of the Peter Lam®tti <br />extra Construction Company for relaying the 18" storm sewer crossing <br />the east Service Drive from the State Highway Department catch <br />basin located in the divided strip to the Village pond area, the <br />price quoted by the Contractor to install the 18" pipe with new <br />pipe and replacing the Service Drive cut, $7.62 per foot, <br />approximately 90 feet to be replaced at an estimated cost of <br />X685.80.
