88~ <br />Fireman Schultz Letter was read from Fire Chief Grumke, reporting that <br />on sick leave Firemen B. J. Slama axed D. Schoen are working an emergency <br />sick leave watch schedule every other day, account Fireman <br />Stanley Schultz on sick leave due to a throat infection. <br />Plumbing Inspector On motion by Shavor, seconded by Utecht, the appointment of <br />appointed Ernest J. Bossard as Village Plumbing Inspector was approved <br />by a unanimous vote. <br />Sanitary Sewer Stewart moved that Trustee Shavor be authorized to secure <br />forms the necessary sanitary seller application permit and record <br />forms. Seconded by Utecht and motion carried. <br />Application for Utecht moo®d that the Clerk be authorized to secure a <br />license and supply of forms covering application for sewer installer's <br />licensing forms license. and forms for licensing sewer installers. Seconded <br />by Warkentien and motion carried unanimously. <br />Deputy Village The need for appointing a Deputy Village Clerk with office <br />Clerk appointed- facilities at the Village Hall on a temporary basis to receive <br />Yrs. Ethel White and record requests for sewer connection, sewer permits <br />and installation, to issue permits, handle phone calls and <br />such other clerical work as required, was discussed. On motion <br />by Shavor, seconded by Warkentien, the following resolution <br />was passed by a unanimous vote: <br />Resolution - RESOLVED, that the appointment of Mrs. Ethel White as Deputy <br /> Village Clerk by Clerk Clyde J, Stewart, on a temporary basis <br /> not to exceed three months, at a rate of X1.25 per hour, <br /> working hours to be from 8:00 A.M. to 12 Noon and from 1200 P.Y. <br /> to 11:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 A.Y. to <br /> 12 Noon on Saturdays, <br />Street lights The matter of County street lights within the Village area <br />on County roads was discussed. Trustee Nilsen will ask the County for a <br /> list of such County street lights and where located. <br />Bills: On motion by Nilsen, seconded by Warkentien, the following <br /> bills were ordered paid: <br /> Donald E.
