886 Mosquitoes- The Mayor reported receiving complaints regarding mosquitoes drainage from the drainage area at Idaho and Snelling and danger of area infections, suggesting that a low cost mixture of DDT and three gallons of fuel oil as reco~nended by an etomologist would cover the drainage pond effectively against mosquitoes. Trustee Shavor will request the Fire Department to handle.
