Chenoweth, Ramsey County Traffic Engineer, under date <br />school buses of September 7, 195?, requesting that the County install <br /> on the south side of Ruggles Avenue at about the position <br /> of each back stop, two no parking signs, reading "No Parking, <br /> 2:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M., this in connection with the loading <br /> of children on school buses. On motion by Warkentien, <br /> seconded by Nilsen, the request as stated in the Clerk's <br /> letter was approved. <br />Boy Scout Troop <br />#239 permitted Letter from John Rysgaard, Scout Master, requesting <br />to use Village permission to use the Village Hall Monday evenings <br />Hall, Mondays between b:30 P.M. and 8:15 P.M. for conducting Scout <br /> Troop #239 meetings and for storing flags and stands <br /> used in connection with such meetings, Mr. Rysgaard <br /> explaining that this arrangement is desired until <br /> facilities for the Troop are again available at the <br /> Falcon Heights School. Utecht moved that said permission <br /> be authorized. The <br /> Clerk was instructed to advise Mr. Bruncke to take the <br /> matter up with the City of Saint Paul Water Department. <br />Cigarette license- Application for cigarette license was received from <br />Lord Salisbury Donald ~:.
