Rommel Plumbing Company, of Minneapolis, was <br />License #1 approved on motion by Utecht, seconded by Warkentien. <br />Sealer Installer's for the Axel Newman Heating & Plumbing Company, of <br />License No. 5 St Paul, was given consideration. On motion by.'Utecht for <br /> approval, seconded by Stewart, the following vote was taken <br /> and recorded: <br /> Ayes: Utecht, Nilsen, Stewart <br /> Nays: Shavor, Warkentien <br /> The license was ordered approved by a 3/5 vote. <br />Sewer Installer's for the C. Omar League ComparXy, of St Paul, was approved <br />License No. 6 on motion by Nilsen, seconded by ~Varkentien. <br />Extra Order No. 5 to Peter Lametti Construction Company, were reported on <br />and Extra Order by Trustee Nilsen who pointed out that Extra Order No.S <br />No. 6 supplemented. Extra Order No. Lt. Both of the extra orders <br /> were executed by the Village. <br />Northern States Copy of the Attorney's letter of September 18, 1957, was <br />Power Company read relative to the Peter Lametti Construction Company <br />suit reporting that they were served with a summons and complaint <br /> on September 10, 195? in an action brought by Northern States <br /> Power Company in District Court, Ramsey County, as to <br /> recovering charges in connection with cutting gas lines at <br /> the request of the contractor in connection with sewer work. <br />Minn. Benefit Letter from the Minnesota Benefit Association, of St Paul, <br />Association relative to their plans for hospitalization, accident and <br /> sickness coverage for employees of municipalities, was read. <br />E~ectrc Service Letter of September 27, 1957 from Mr. Steffes was read, <br />for parshall reporting that the Power Company asked that the Village <br />flume metering make application for electric service to the parshall <br />station flume metering station at Hemline and Hoyt_Avenues, Mr. <br />Steffes suggesting the following wording: <br />Nor.States Power "Furnish a 3-rire, 120/2It0 volt, single phase electric <br />service. Approximate load 4 K.P. to be used for lighting, <br />heating, instruments and a 1/3 H.P. sump pump motor. The <br />sump pump motor does not now exist, but may be required in <br />the future." Warkentien moved that said application be <br />made, seconded by Shavor and so ordered. <br />Front door Letter of September 20, 1957 from the St Paul Postmaster <br />delivery service was read, stating that the Post Office is unable to grant <br />by post office, the request for front door delivery service on Tatum Street <br />Tatum as d Fairview and Fairview Avenue at this time since the area is served <br />by mounted carrier. <br />Shell Oil Co. Letter of September 20, 1957 from G.O. Adams, Distr~c t <br />Manager, Shell Oil Company, was read, thanking the Village <br />for its letter commending the Shell Oil Company on the <br />improved appearance of the Falcon Heights Shell Station. <br />
