~(~8 Resolution - On motion by Shavor, seconded by Stewart, the following resolution was passed by a unanimous vote: State Aid Highways. WHEREAS, the County Board of the County of Ramsey did adopt a resolution on August 12, 1957, locating, establishing, designating, and numbering the County State-Aid Highway System of Ramsey County, and WHEREAS, said resolution locates and establishes certain County State Aid Highways within the corporate limits of the Village of Fat con Heights, Minnesota; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Falcon Heights, that the resolution adopted by the County Board, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, locating or establishing the County State-Aid Highway System within the Village limits (and revoking certain portions of said system) is in all things approved. Resolution - On motion by ~Parkentien, seconded by Nilsen, the following, resolution was adopted by a unanimous vote: forfeited land WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County by resolution dated September 9, 1957, classified as non- conservation land certain parcels of land lying within the Village of Falcon Heights; and WHEREAS, a certified copy of the Classification resolution together with a list of the lands classified has been submittedfor approval of the classification and sale of the land classified in accordance with MSA, Section 282.01, Subdivision 1; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Classification of the land shown on said list as nonconservation land and the sale thereof be and hereby is approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk be and hereby is directed to file a certified copy of this resolution in the Office of the County Auditor. Budget Treasurer Olsen reported he is working on the budget and will be prepared to submit same at the next meeting. Bank transfer Treasurer Olsen requested that a bank transfer be authorized, providing for the transfer to X1,880.63 bond interest money in the Construction Account at the First National Bank of Saint Paul to the Sanitary Sewer S~tsteme3tmpto vement No. 1 Sinking Fund in the Falcon Heights State Bank. On motion by Nilsen, seconded by Warkentien, the said bank transfer was authorized. Missing check Treasurer Olsen reported that check No. 4l~99 issued to Earl for Fire Chief Grumke for services as Fire Chief, Oct. 195b, in the amount replaced of X35.00 was missing and asked that replacement of the missing check be authorized. Wiarkentien moved that the Clerk be authorized to draw up the necessary check and that the Treasurer be instructed. to stop payment on the original. Seconded by Nilsen and so ordered.
