941 <br />Sewer Connection RESOLVED that the owner of the premises at <br />(Cont'd) the northeast corner of Simpson and Crawf ord, <br /> be authorized to connect to the trunk sewer on <br /> Crawf ord Avenue rather than at the stub on <br /> Simpson Avenue, provided that the installation <br /> be made in accordance with the Ordinance pro- <br /> visions and inspected and approved for the <br /> Village by the plumbing inspector, all costs to <br /> be borne by the home owner with specific care to <br /> be taken to see that the telephone cable and the <br /> water line on Crawford are not disturbed in making <br /> the connection. <br />Ordinance No. 48 After discussion, Warkentien moved adoption of <br /> Ordinance No. 48, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> N0. 46 REGULATING THE OPERATION OF THE MUNICIPAL <br /> SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM; REQUIRING CONNECTIONS TO BE <br /> MADE TO THE MUNICIPAL SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM, ESTAB- <br /> LISHING REGULATIONS AS TO TYPES AND KINDS OF WASTES <br /> THAT MAY BE DISPOSED OF BY THE USE OF THE MUNICIPAL <br /> SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM; PROHIBITING THE DISCHARGE OF <br /> ANY TYPE OR KIND OF SURFACE WATERS INTO THE MUNICI- <br /> PAL SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM AND PRESCRIBING RATES AND <br /> CHARGES FOR DISPOSAL SERVICES. Seconded by Nilsen <br /> and the following vote taken and recorded: <br />Adopted - Ayes: Utecht, Shavor, Nilsen, Warkentien <br /> Nays: None <br /> The Mayor declared Ordinance No. ~+8 duly adopted <br /> and ordered publication of same. <br />S.~wer Rental Billing Mrs. White presented <br />f or use in connection <br />attorney was asked to <br />recommendations as to <br />determined that the f <br />able at the Assistant <br />a card which has been proposed <br />with billing for sewers..
