A-~~TNLJAL INSTRUCTION PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES <br />2004-2005 <br />INSTRUCTION GOAL <br />Roseville Area Schools will improve instruction at all levels of the organization <br />by increasing support for high quality teaching <br />Instruction Performance Objectives <br />1. 100% of District 623 teachers will participate in the "new" Professional Development <br />System. <br />2. Principals/Supervisors will know and understand how to effectively use the Teacher <br />Assistance Track of the Professional Development System to address sub-standard <br />teaching performance. <br />3. At least 50 District 623 teachers will earn "Board Credit" by successfully completing <br />• the requirements of a certified district training opportunity. <br />~~~NUAL DIVERSITY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES <br />2004-2005 <br />DIVERSITY GOAL <br />Roseville Area Schools will strengthen staff capacity to work effectively with <br />learners, .families, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. <br />Diversity Performance Objectives <br />1. Develop and maintain internal and external communications between Roseville Area <br />Schools and its stakeholder groups concerning equity and integration initiatives. <br />2. Establish administrator and teacher leadership to lead district-wide and site-based <br />equity and integration initiatives. <br />3. Provide opportunities for all employees to strengthen capacity to work effectively <br />with learners and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. <br />4. Enhance and develop intercultural academic programming and services to support <br />increased interracial contact. <br />
