Al~fNUAL ACHIEVEMENT PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES • <br />2004-2005 <br />ACHIEVEMENT GOAL <br />All Roseville Area Schools' students will demonstrate proficiency* in reading, <br />mathematics, and writing; at the same time, those who demonstrate proficiency <br />will achieve at progressively higher levels. (*as defined by No Child Left <br />Behind) <br />Achievement Performance Objectives <br />1. On the 2005 district wide writing MCA, decrease the percent of 5`~ graders combined <br />in levels I and IIA by 10% and increase the percent combined in Levels III and IV by <br />5%. <br />2. Achieve or exceed the MCA target rates set by the State for math and reading in each <br />sub-group. <br />3. A minimum of 26% of our 10~' grade students will score a 4, 5 or 6 on the MCA • <br />writing test. <br />ANNUAL COMMUNICATION PERFORMANCE <br />OBJECTIVES 2004-2005 <br />COMMUNICATION GOAL <br />Roseville Area Schools will increase communications and involvement with all <br />members of the learning community. <br />Communication Performance Objectives <br />1. The district will examine and use the CSMpact data and data from Listening Sessions <br />to develop goals and district level initiatives to address key impact areas identified. <br />2. Feedback and data on the new elementary reporting system will be reviewed by sub- <br />group. <br />3. Implementation of district communication plan will begin. <br />• <br />2 <br />
