CONSENT H5 <br />• 1/07/04 <br />ITEM: Consider Resolution 04-02 approving up to a 3% standard <br />compensation increase for regular employees in 2004, subject to <br />review and recommendation by supervisor <br />SUBMITTED BY: Heather Worthington, City Administrator <br />EXPLANATION: <br />Summary: The Council is being asked to formally approve up to a 3% salary increase for <br />regular employees with a satisfactory performance in 2004.
