This was subsequently discussed in a council workshop, and two recommendations <br />were made by the Council for additional compensation in 2004, and incorporated into the 2004 <br />Budget: <br />Finance Director: $3,756 increase to $52,781 <br />City Administrator: $4,770 increase to $60,458 <br />This recommendation is retroactive to January 1, 2004. This is part of a comprehensive study of <br />employee salaries compared to the market of Group 7 cities in the Stanton Salary Survey. <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Approval of compensation increases for Finance Director and City Administrator. <br />• <br />
