If the cost of eligible items falls below <br />this maximum amount the funds awarded will be reduced to match the cost of the eligible items. <br />For a description of eligible items please refer to the Mn/DOT Cost Participation Policy. This <br />policy can be viewed at: httu://www.dot.state.mn.us/metro/stateaid/ftp/dsl 1 ndf <br />To receive the funds, this project must be let by June 30~' 2005. After that date the money <br />becomes unavailable. <br />As a condition of the Municipal Agreement Program it is the responsibility of the local <br />government agency to develop a complete set of construction plans & specifications for the <br />project as well as acquiring any Right-of--Way necessary to construct the job. <br />Pursuant to the acquisition of R/W for this project, the local government agency will be solely <br />responsible for any costs associated with obtaining the property as well as any legal actions <br />resulting from the acquisition of said property. <br />An equal opportunity employer <br />~~ <br />
