POLICY H3 <br />1/28/04 <br />Consideration of Solid Waste Goals (continued) <br />At this time the Commission submits its list of goals to the City Council for approval and <br />recommends that the City undertake the process described in Minnesota Statute § 115A.94 and <br />consider organized trash collection for single-family residential zones. <br />Public participation is an important part of the study, discussion and decision-making process <br />spelled out in the statute. Timely, accurate communication with residents will be essential. To <br />that end, Staff has prepared letters to be sent out to the Community as soon as the Council makes <br />a decision. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />~3 1.
