are down, total numbers of individual volunteer hours are on the increase. <br />Our reserves have formed a cohesive unit and really take pride in being a <br />professional, well-trained, all volunteer program. <br />Structural changes implemented fully in 2003 helped in obtaining event <br />coverage. The patrol schedules were completed further in advance. <br />Adjustments needed for shift fill were easier to complete. <br />Goals for 2004 include Jeffrey Johnson's reserve graduation and completion <br />of field training, assist with active shooter training as role players, update <br />business key holder information, continue high hours, complete Use of <br />Force training, conduct in house training, locate 1-3 qualified candidates, <br />and maintain our positive image in the community we serve. <br /> <br />• <br />l~ <br />
