The City Council will be provided with the bid results before the Council meeting. <br />As part of the Municipal Agreement with MNDoT, the contractor must be approved by MNDoT <br />before Falcon Heights awards the contract. Awarding this contract at the May 5, 2004 Council <br />meeting is contingent upon the lowest responsible bidder being approved by the City Engineer <br />and MNDoT. <br />If the bids greatly exceed the approved budget, staff will not bring this item to the Council. <br />ATTACHMENT: <br />• Bid results and MNDoT approval will be provided in a supplemental packet before the <br />May 5 meeting <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />• Award the contract for the Curtiss Field improvement projects, contingent upon <br />approval of the lowest responsible bidder by the City Engineer and MNDoT <br />ai <br />
