CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />COUNCIL RESOLUTION <br />04-12 <br />May 5 2004 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Curtiss Field Pond Improvements, bids <br />were received, opened, and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received <br />complying with the advertisement: <br />1. Jay Bros., Inc. $323,702.71 <br />2. Environmental Assoc. $492,972.40 <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that Jay Bros., Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of Falcon Heights, Minnesota: <br />1. The mayor and city administrator/clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the <br />attached contract with Jay Bros. Inc. in the name of the City of Falcon Heights for the Curtiss <br />Field Pond Improvements according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the <br />city council and on file in the office of the city cleric. <br />2.
