Conduct project Kick-off meeting with City staff to review design assumptions and project <br />schedule. <br />2. Attend one progress meeting with City staff to review plan progress. <br />3. Attend coordination meeting with MnDOT, Capital Regions Watershed District, and <br />Redevelopment Project Engineer. <br />4. Provide grading plan to electric utility for coordination of electric utility line relocation. <br />Relocation plan is to be prepared by others and is not included in this proposal. <br />• Permits <br />1. Complete and submit permits to Minnesota Department of Health, MnDOT, and Capital <br />Regions Watershed District. All permit fees are the direct responsibility of the City and <br />are not included in this proposal. <br />• Project Bidding <br />1. Prepare all bidding documents, including plans and specifications, for competitive bidding <br />for construction of the unprovements. <br />2. Prepare construction cost estimate for improvements. <br />3. Submit Advertisement for Bids to local paper and the Construction Bulletin. <br />4. Review and tabulate bids and make recommendation to the City for award of the contract. <br />Requirements of the City <br />1. Provide all survey, base mapping, graphics, design alternative plans, aerial photographs, <br />and other documents. previously prepared for Curtiss Field that will assist in the <br />development of the design and construction documents. <br />2. Provide all manufacturers' documents and/or shop drawings for selected benches, park <br />signs, fencing, etc. that has been preselected or is a City standard. <br />• Items not included in the scope of service <br />Geotechnical investigations <br />Right of way acquisitions <br />Construction services <br />Deck structural design <br />Gazebo structure design <br />Utility relocation other than watermain <br />• Fees <br />HRG will provide the above scope of services based on our standard hourly rates not to exceed <br />• $19,500.
