All floors, basements, and gazages aze included in this <br />floor area threshold. <br />2. Minnesota Rules Chapter 1335, Floodproofing Regulations, parts 1335.0600 to <br />1335.1200. <br />• 3. Appendix Chapter K (Grading), of the 2002 Supplement to the 2000 International <br />Building Code. <br />As stated in Minnesota Rules 1300.0160, fees established by the municipality must be fair and <br />reasonable and proportionate to the cost of service for which the fee is imposed.
