Fill in the name of your jurisdiction in the blanks of the attached joint powers agreement. <br />2. Pass resolution allowing your jurisdiction to execute the agreement with Saint Paul. <br />3. Once resolution is passed, sign two copies of the agreement and send it to Linda Camp <br />280 City Hail, 15 W. Kellogg Boulevard, Saint Paul, MN 55102. <br />4. I will route both copies for signature on our end and return one copy of the. executed agreement <br />to you. <br />Please call me at 266-8920 if you wish to modify the sample agreement before signing. <br />If you have akeady started to process an earlier version of the resolution, you can continue with <br />that process or substitute the version included in this packet. <br />• <br />• <br />s9 <br />
