Green Company is pleased to provide you with this proposal for additional engineering <br />services relating to the final plan preparation for the improvements to Curtiss. Field Park. This <br />proposal is based on the additional services City Staff requested at the project kick off meeting on <br />August 4'h, 2003. <br />• SCOPE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />1. Deck Construction Detail and Specification <br />Develop specification and detail for the deck attached to the park building. The specification <br />will outline the dimensions of the deck and indicate that the contractor is to provide the design <br />and shop drawings. We anticipate this will take approximately 3 hours of staff time. <br />2. Lighting Options for Gazebo <br />Research lighting options for accent lighting on and around the gazebo. Present options to city <br />staff. Write specification. We anticipate this task will take approximately 5 hours of staff time. <br />3. Evaluation of Existing SidewalklPlaza at Park Shelter <br />Evaluate existing sidewalk for serviceability, and determine if any of the sidewalk can be <br />utilized in the new park design. We anticipate this task will take approximately 3 hours of staff <br />time. <br />4. Exploration of Possible Local Initiative Funding Opportunities <br />Staff will explore Local Initiative Funding Opportunities, and present results in a letter to the <br />City. We anticipate this will take approximately 4 hours of staff time. <br />5. Ramp and Stairway Detail <br />Develop one design for a pedestrian ramp and stairway at the north end of the park. Provide <br />construction detail and specification.
