Analyze existing grading issues in regard to <br />property abutting park in the south east corner. Coordinate solution to grading problem with <br />property owner. Provide design sheet, and specification. We anticipate this will take <br />approximately 5 hours of staff time. <br />• Fees <br />HRG will provide the above scope of services based on our standard hourly rates not to exceed <br />$5,500. The City must authorize any additional work prior to HRG proceeding. <br />We appreciate this opportunity, and are ready to add this additional scope to the project immediately <br />after authorization.
