<br />• <br />• <br /> <br />• reviewed the city of Lakeville's <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment and <br />MUSH expansion request and informed the <br />city that it could place the amendment into <br />effect. <br />• reviewed the city of Burnsville's <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment and <br />informed the city that it could place the <br />amendment into effect. <br />• reviewed Linwood Township's <br />Comprehensive Plan Update and took action <br />to permit the township to put its <br />Comprehensive Plan into effect. <br />• reviewed the city of Shakopee's <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment and <br />adopted the amendment with the following <br />recommendations: <br />1. The city of Shakopee may put its <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment into <br />effect. <br />2. The city of Shakopee should submit a <br />copy of the inter-community sewer <br />agreement to the Metropolitan Council <br />Environmental Services once it has been <br />signed by the cities of Shakopee and <br />Savage. <br />• reviewed the Savage sewer extension to <br />Shakopee and recommended that the city of <br />Savage put its Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment into effect. <br />• reviewed the city of Prior Lake's <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment for Jeffers <br />Pond and recommended that the city of <br />Prior Lake place the Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment into effect. <br />Transportation Improvement Program by <br />replacing project TRF-TCMT-03J with <br />three separate projects. <br />authorized its Regional Administrator to <br />enter into a contract with the City of <br />Minneapolis for the Downtown Minneapolis <br />Transportation Management Organization to <br />pass through $575,978 of federal CMAQ <br />funds for TDM activities, for the period of <br />January 1, 2003 -December 31, 2004. <br />• authorized its Regional Administrator to <br />enter into a contract with the Midway TMO <br />to pass through $120,000 of federal CMAQ <br />funds for TDM activities, for the period <br />January 1, 2003 -December 31, 2004. <br />authorized its Regional Administrator to <br />enter into a contract with MnDOT in the <br />amount of $5,519,810 for the purpose of <br />passing through federal CMAQ funds for <br />regional TDM services. This action reflects <br />an increase in CMAQ funds to add the <br />Downtown Minneapolis TMO CMAQ grant <br />into the administration responsibilities of <br />the Metropolitan Council. <br />• authorized its Regional Administrator to <br />enter into a License Agreement with Seward <br />Redesign, Inc. which has the following <br />provisions: <br />1. The license allows Seward Redesign, <br />Inc., as licensee, to construct protective <br />works and footings on Metropolitan <br />Council's LRT Maintenance Facility <br />property within the period of February <br />1, 2003, to Apri130, 2003. If Seward <br />Redesign's project is not complete by <br />Apri130, 2003, Seward Redesign and its <br />contractor must leave the premises. <br />Transportation <br />• concurred with the Transportation Advisory <br />Board action to amend the 2003-2006 <br />Page 3 <br />The licensee, Seward Redesign, <br />Inc., must indemnify the Council <br />and MnDOT against any claims <br />by the LRT design-build <br />January 2003 <br />
