The revisions primarily clarify the protective fencing <br />requirements to: <br />1. Require a 5' high fence with a self-latching safety gate <br />around all pools. <br />2. Requiring the bottom of the fencing and the gate be 4" <br />or less above the ground or grade. <br />3. Requiring a temporary fence if the pool is filled during <br />the construction process. <br />ATTACHMENT Draft swimming pool Ordinance 9-14.02 <br />The Commission is holding the Public Hearing on this subject at 7:45 P.M. <br />September 11, 1989.
