In response to vour request for qualifications, Twill attempt to provide you ~.vith a brief description of our past e.~cperience. I have included, at the end of the • proposal, copies of lists of communities ice. which we have provided municipal planning services. I nave a~so included examples of Comprehensive Plans and Plan Updates that we have prepared. Qualifications Dahlgren, Shardlow, and Uban, Inc. (DSU) consists of individuals with backgrounds in urban planning, landscape architecture, environmental planning, and graphic design. We have prepared Comprehensive Plans and Plan Updates for communities of varying size, location, and age throughout the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area. In addition, DSU provides technical assistance to several communities. This assistance includes the review of proposed developments to ensure their consistency with the Comprehensive Plan anti Zoning Ordinance of the City. We also work with a number of private developers, seeking approvals for development projects. Our experience with both the public and private sides of the development approval process allows us to bring a unique. comprehensive perspective to our work in comprehensive planning. to addition to our experience with other communities, in the past we have enjoyed a successful professional relationship with the City of Falcon Heights. Throu~~h our work with Falcon Heights, we have become familiar with its planning and development history, as wet as the current Zoning Ordinance and Comprehensive Plan.
