Proposal for <br />Comprehensive <br />Municipal Plan <br />Revision <br />Similar Project <br />Experience <br /> <br />85th Avenue -Brooklyn Park, Minnesota <br />Established sidewalk alignment and landscaping for a highway <br />beautification project. Project included 2.75 miles of improvements <br />from Humboldt to Zane Avenue. Landscape architecture duties <br />includes concept developments, feasibility studies, architectural <br />renderings, working drawings and coordination with property <br />owners, developers and city officials. Project also included roadway <br />reconstruction, traffic signal design, and utility work. <br />Main Stree# -Anoka, Minnesota <br />Landscape architecture designs provided for beautification project <br />of the East Main Street from 5th to 7th Avenue in downtown Anoka. • <br />Design work included concept development, alternative designs, <br />illustrative graphics, plans and <br />specifications, cost estimating and inspection. Project also included <br />downtown renovation, roadway improvements and utility work. <br />Zoning Ordinance Update And City Beautifiication -Wyoming, <br />Minnesota <br />An inventory/analysis of existing commercial, industrial, <br />residential and reQeational areas was completed. Developed <br />concepts for improving City's functional and aesthetic concerns. <br />Worked with City officials to amend zoning ordinance. <br />Industrial Park Layout -New Richmond, Wiscansin <br />Provided site planning for layout of industrial park.
