Revision <br />Similar Project <br />Experiencb <br />~ . <br />Transportation <br />Planning Experience <br />Concept Plans -Cambridge, Minnesota <br />Developed concept plans for urban growth as a result of T.H. 6~ <br />relocation east of downtown. Evaluated vehicular and parking <br />options, improved highway entry images and promoted downtown <br />beautification. The study included a site and photographic analysis <br />defining key downtown issues, design of an entry sign for Highway <br />95, revised street alignment to improve access to the Pamida <br />shopping area, and plans for linking downtown with the Highway <br />65 commercial corridor. Main Street concept plans consisted of <br />elevation drawings of improved streetscape before and after <br />storefront facade renovation, options for Main Street parking, and a <br />perspective drawings of Main Street to illustrate the functional and <br />aesthetic qualities of the various interrelated elements. <br />Brooklyn Center, Minnesota <br />A comprehensive traffic study was made of the Brookdale Regional <br />Shopping Center retail area, the Earle Brown farm commercial and <br />industrial area and the commercial and industrial area north of <br />Interstate 694. The study provided an analysis of the land use and <br />traffic generated by every parcel in the development. <br />Burnsville, Minnesota <br />Several traffic studies have been made, mostly relating to the <br />Burnsville Regional Shopping Center Area. <br />Minnetonka, Minnesota <br />A study of traffic flow at the Ridgedale Regional Shopping Center <br />was made including a detailed analysis of numerous intersections <br />surrounding the center.
