• <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />MINUTES <br />March 9, 2005 <br />Mayor Gehrz convened the regular City Council meeting at 7:00 PM. <br />PRESENT: Mayor Sue Gehrz, Council members Laura Kuettel, Robert Lamb, <br />Peter Lindstrom and Richard Talbot <br />Also present: City Administrator Heather Worthington, Deputy Clerk <br />Mary Shea Kodluboy, Fire Chief Clem Kurhajetz and Fire Captain <br />Dan Johnson-Powers <br />COMMUNITY FORUM: <br />PRESENTATIONS: None Scheduled <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The minutes dated February 23, 2005 were unanimously approved <br />as submitted. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS: None Scheduled <br />CONSENT AGENDA: <br />Kuettel moved approval of the Consent Agenda, as outlined below. The motion was <br />unanimously approved. <br />1. General Disbursements through March 2, 2005: $ 47,928.45 <br />Payroll (02/15/05 - 02/28/05) $ 11,877.32 <br />POLICY AGENDA: <br />Consideration of an amended interim use permit for a farmer's market at 2025 West <br />Larpenteur Avenue <br />Administrator Worthington said that the Planning Commission, at their regular February 22"d <br />meeting, held a public hearing to reconsider the Interim Use Permit for the Farmer's Market <br />located at Twin City Co-ops Federal Credit Union (TCCFCU). Two residents testified they had <br />concerns regarding trash blowing into their yards, and trucks parked on the cul-de-sac on Prior <br />Avenue around 6:00-6:30 a.m. with their engines idling. They were also very effusive in their <br />praise for the Farmer's Market, and emphasized that they very much enjoyed having it in the <br />community. The Planning Commission had an in-depth conversation regarding their concerns, <br />. and Cindy Hartley, of Twin City Co-ops Federal Credit Union, said they will allow access to <br />their south parking lot for vendors arriving before the 6:30 a.m. set-up time. <br />
