i <br />2005 SUPPLEMENTAL FORESTRY WORK AGREEMENT <br />• Dutch Elm inspection- A minimum of three (3) city wide inspections will be made. <br />The following dates are target dates for completion: June 15, July 15, and August 15. <br />• Oak wilt inspection- After July 1 a city wide inspection for oak wilt will be made. <br />This inspection may coincide with the July Dutch elm inspection. <br />• Provide property owner coordination for removal or treatment of diseased trees. <br />• Assist City staff as needed with property owner phone inquires regarding urban <br />forestry issues. <br />• Conduct follow-up compliance checks as needed for diseased tree removal. <br />• Assist as needed with coordination of public tree removals. <br />• • Submit weekly reports via e-mail of forestry issues in the City. <br />• Submit ayear-end report of forestry activities. <br />As requested by the City, assist with the following city programs: tree planting, street tree master <br />plan, and cyclic trimming. <br />~a <br />
