• CONSENT G5 <br />9/28/05 <br />ITEM: Step increase for Lisa Anderson, Parks and Recreation Supervisor/ <br />Administrative Assistant <br />SUBMITTED BY: Greg Hoag, Director of Parks & Public Works <br />REVIEWED BY: Heather Worthington, City Administrator <br />EXPLANATION: <br />Summary: Lisa Anderson has completed her six-month employment probation with the city, <br />and has had excellent performance during this period. <br />Lisa has become an integral member of our staff here at the city, and her exemplary performance <br />has been invaluable to the city's residents and employees, as well as non-resident participants in <br />our recreation programs. <br />Lisa has shown excellent judgment, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to take on new duties <br />and responsibilities asneeded. <br />At this time, I am recommending a 5% step increase and regular appointment for Lisa effective <br />September 29, 2005. <br />• ACTION REQUESTED <br />• Approval of regular appointment and step increase for Lisa Anderson. <br />CJ <br />
