• <br />RESOLUTION N0.2005-12 <br />MINNESOTA TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION, CITY OF ROSEVILLE AND CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />September 28, 2005 <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Falcon Heights enters into an agreement with the State of <br />Minnesota, Department of Transportation (MNDOT) for the following purposes: <br />• For maintenance of the existing traffic control signal on Trunk Highway 51 <br />(Snelling Ave) at Co. Rd. 114 (Roselawn Ave) in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions set forth in the agreement numbered 87752M, a copy of which is <br />before the Council. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized to • <br />execute such agreement and any amendments, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City <br />all of the contractual obligations contasned herein. <br />Moved by: Approved by: <br /> Susan L.
